Therapy Day Spa Seminyak

Therapy Day Spa Seminyak

There is a good chance that there are more spa’s in Bali than there are mini marts. I haven’t actually counted so I can’t guarantee that this is true but I wouldn’t be surprised if it was! As a girl who likes to spa but is also relatively high maintenance (it took over eight spa’s so far) it took a while to find my go to’s for different services. I used a few sites to get recommendations but when I actually got to the spa’s I was pretty disappointed. Some review sites are a little out of date so I thought I would list a few here that as of 2019 were, in my experience decent.

You will notice these spa’s are all located between Legian and Canggu as this is my local area.

Amo Spa

Hair | Facial | Massage | Waxing | Nails

Amo Spa is probably my favourite. I wouldn’t go anywhere else if it were just a bit closer to Seminyak. They offer a full range of services from hairstyling and waxing to mani-pedis and massage and some pretty awesome facials. The Spa has a little cafe underneath so it’s perfect for a day of pampering. I find the prices pretty reasonable and the services are consistent and very good.

Jazz B

Blow dry | Nails

If you’re in the Seminyak area then Jazz B is a good spot for a good quality mani pedi and wash and blow dry. Waxing here has been a little hit and miss. I also tried colouring my hair here which was okay but I found better places. It is clean and hygienic and the staff are very nice.

Kiana

Facial | Massage | Mani Pedi

If you have time dedicated to a spa afternoon then Kiana is a great choice. They offer a full range of services from hair styling to waxing and mani-pedi’s. Waxing I would avoid here - I had to abort mission the last time I tried. Mani-Pedis are great but they take a long time. Fine if you’re relaxing but if you’re on a time limit then this might not be the spot for you.

Therapy

Hair | Massage | Facial

The hair salon at therapy is standout. The service is fantastic and the the quality of treatment is also really good. Massage, facials and mani pedi’s are good too. The actual spa is very quiet and pretty.

Yes Spa

Massage | Mani Pedi | Waxing

So if you’re looking for those $5 foot massages around Legian then Yes spa is your best, and cleanest bet, just keep in mind the price you’re paying. The mani pedis are pretty good, the OPI is better than the gel - go figure… The best thing here though is the waxing. Fast, efficient, pain free and cheap so if you find yourself in need while you’re in the area this would be my recommendation.

Lemongrass - Oasis Spa

Mani Pedi | Facial | Massage

A surprising little spa set back off the main road next to Lemongrass Thai restaurant. Super clean, simple and quiet. They offer a wide range of services, I’ve tried both massage and mani-pedi’s there and they were good.

Lash Menu for Ashari Bali - The best!

Lash Menu for Ashari Bali - The best!

Ashari

Lashes | Facial | Hairstyling

Whilst technically not a spa, the lovely people at Ashari will come to your hotel and or Villa (Pretty much from Canggu to Kuta) and provide facials, eyelash extensions and hair styling. I am a regular customer to their eyelash technician Rey. I love her! The services take 90 minutes, are super professional and my lashes last for up to three weeks. I can’t recommend them enough! I tried one of their facials which was good too, I had lovely glowing skin the day after.
